World Speed Draft Special

I've put the modified rules in bold.

WORLD SPEED Draft SPECIAL Rules

-Players have 6 rounds to make the most well-rounded park. The order will be selected randomly and will reverse at the end of each round.

-Players will have 12 hours to make their pick; if the player has not made the pick(s) within the allotted time, the next player may make their pick. If you do not meet the deadline, you will be disqualified.
I repeat, if you miss 1 pick, you will be disqualified.
DQed picks may be picked again.
Note: Players at the top and bottom of the “list” will be allotted 24 hours to make their picks because they must make 2 picks.

-There is NO pool.

-If you miss ONE pick or make a mistake when picking [I.E. Coaster is not operating, Coaster has already been picked, it's not your turn.] You will be DQed. If your picking post is edited it will count as a missed pick.

-We also ask that nobody make suggestions for coasters people should pick. It's not fair to other members and such posts will be deleted.

-When making a pick, a post should contain the full name of the coaster. Abbreviations for parks will be allowed as long as they are exact. You may add link to Coaster Profile on RCDB with pick [This is encouraged].

-We encourage contestants to not post photos with their picks in order to speed up page loading time. You may post a link to your photo however, as long as you also add where you got it from.


Here is the list of coasters eligible to pick:

-All coasters must be operating. Rides must be classified as “Operating” on the Roller Coaster Database (http://rcdb.com/) in order for it to be a valid pick. This rule is final, as long as RCDB says "Operating" it is a valid pick.

-A coaster can only be picked once; once it is selected, no one else may select it again. Unless the pick the owner of the pick is DQed.
-If you create a post advertising your park in anyway, you will be DQed.

"Your Name" = your turn to pick
"Your Name" = you are next to pick

You sound almost like someone with back problems complaining that a wooden rollercoaster made their back sore after reading the 50 warnings in line saying "DON'T RIDE THIS IF YOU HAVE BACK PROBLEMS"

Again, I said to READ THE RULES THROUGHLY BEFORE YOU SIGN UP.

You, obviously did not, or else you wouldn't have broken them.

As for changing the rules to make them "drafter freindly" Thats like replacing all the good coasters in the park with kiddie rides to make it "family freindly." This draft was meant to be tough. I wanted to show what would happen if you tweaked the rules a bit.

So, in closing. You have no argument, stop blaming me and blame your self for NOT READING THE RULES. You are DQed, and that will stand regardless to any rule changes.

PS: I don't plan on changing the rules, just clarifing that to people who are confused about the above statement.
