Forum Policies
1) All forum users must utilize the search feature to verify the topic being created does not exist on the board. Repeat offenders are subject to warning by authorized staff of RollerCoasterPro.com.
2) A conceited effort of spelling and grammar is required by all members who must abide with the form of SAE (Standard American English) when producing content within a thread. Members whose primary language is of other dialect are not exempt from this policy, but are scrutinized in a lighter manor. Foul and profane language is not acceptable on Roller Coaster Pro. Violations of this policy will be at the discretion of the Administrator or Moderator, but it is in the best interest of all members to refrain from any parlance that he or she might consider as being provocative toward the public.
3) Duplication of posts or uninterrupted posting is not permitted in the forum. Violation of this policy is subject to warning, and possible elimination from the forum for repeat offenders. To avoid this infringement it is suggested that all members utilize the ‘Edit’ command to create a continuation of their most recent post in the event that a thread becomes stagnant and inert.
4) Posting any content that is irrelevant to the topic of the thread being discussed is prohibited. Posting matter without thought or opinion is not acceptable on RollerCoasterPro.com and will be deleted upon evaluation by the moderation team. (I.E. -Do not create a post asking for other user’s opinion; -Do not post in retort to somebody’s message saying "That looks nice" or “I agree”)
5) Staying on topic with the original post is essential in the forum, even if the most recent posts are off topic (A violation of policy #4 in the Forum Policies). Posts and comments of irrelevance are subject for deletion. Any conversation or ‘small talk’ between forum members is designated for the RollerCoasterPro Chat located on the main tool bar in the forum, or from another host such as AIM.
6) ‘Flaming’ - the act of sending or posting messages that are deliberately hostile, patronizing, and/or insulting to other forum members, or staff, is strictly prohibited and is not tolerable on RollerCoasterPro.com. Breach of policy will result in an immediate suspension or elimination from the forum, pending upon the severity of the violation.
7) Posting threads created without a clear principle ideal, or threads deemed inane by the moderation team will be locked. Threads losing novelty also fall under this notion.
8) All opinions are strongly welcome, and sharing them is encouraged throughout the forum. The use of humor is acceptable as it develops personality and character in a forum member. Sarcasm is not recommended, as influx in one’s voice is required to do so, which is not possible through non-italicized text on the internet.
9) By agreeing to become a member of RollerCoasterPro.com, acknowledgment that you are of or over the age of 13 years is required. Forum Moderators and Administrators reserve the right to alter or create additional policies regarding the Forum Policies.
10) Images posted on Roller Coaster Pro dot com's online community forum must abide by the following circumstances:
