I cannot see a thing-the only thing I can make out is the US flag in the bottom right corner.

For us to guess, we need to be able to make out just a little of it. As 3xinvert said you can really only make out the flag in the bottom corner.

I'm going to guess the Patriot at WoF

Also there is no American Flag in the picture.

Trust me, it was difficult. It took me a while to even realize what the picture was. And then I had to find the coaster on RCDB.
