conversion help

I need to convert nltrack (no limits) files to 3ds or obj format. I know gravimetric studios have the construction kit, but you can't save 3ds files without a license code, and you can no longer get a license code. There must be some one out there who can help by either selling me their copy of the gravimetric studios construction kit, or pointing me in the direction of another converter, or someone who can write one for me? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OR: Does anyone know of a coaster simulator program like No Limits, that allows you build your own coasters, and then save them out in 3ds or obj file format??
