Thorpe Park have submitted plans for a Eurofighter to be built in Canada Creek for 2009. Looks very interesting, I love the Eurofighter gimmick and this will hopefully be the UK's alternative to Mystery Mine, certainly looks like it. Here's hoping planning permission is granted.

It looks like this could be an interesting ride I'll most likely never get to ride. This one looks like a standout Eurofighter.

Hmm...I don't know how a Eurofighter would fit in Thorpe, but we'll see how they do.

Seems like it was only a matter of time before they got one too. EFs have a small footprint so they can be built in almost any size of a park.

Well, it's official (http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=521260) (link to TPR). It's only 100ft. high though, which isn't too impressive. I wish they'd gone bigger. But, the concept art looks awesome. It's slated to be indoors for 30 seconds, which is a large chunk of time on any coaster. We'll see how well they theme the thing, hopefully it matches up with the ride's concept art!

This looks and sounds like a pretty good ride, and going by the concept(and who owns the park), then the theming on this will turn out really well. The theming itself looks like a cross between Mystery Mine and Batman: the Ride, and it will be interesting to see how it turns out. I'm most interested in the layout of the ride, because going by the stats, there will be many elements in very little track length.
