SFMM on December 26th and the 27th

I don't know, but I'll be there on the 26th too w/ my brother. Still, 3 ppl isn't really crowded. I'm hoping for emptiness.

Depends on the weather. It'll either be cold and rainy and not crowded or the weather will be nice and sunny and it'll be busy.

It may be and it may not be. Really depends. The day after Christmas...hmm. Well X, for one, will be closed, and I know often, locals sometimes come for a few hours to ride bigger rides (X, Tatsu, Goliath) but with the biggest one down, it may leave you with somewhat of a smaller crowd. Decemeber in general is a dead month. I went to Knott's last December and all the lines were reasonable (I only say reasonable because Xcelerator and Silver Bullet had one train, and if two were ruuning, operations would be great)

So, I'm confident you wont be swarmed with crowds.

Hmm. Since most of the country is Christian, I'd say you may not meet heavy crowds on Christmas morning. I'm guessing the 27th will be more crowded, probably lines an hour or more during the afternoon.

Is there really ever any way to tell? There's the obvious stuff like weekends and holidays are more crowded, and Fridays are almost as, but ti's anybody's guess after that.

Yes...it's practically a weekend, as lots of kids are on break. So, for this instance, we can tell.

I went last year on the 24th, and it was completely empty. I got about 30 rides on Tatsu.

30 Rides on Tatsu, which I have never ridden. How much closer to heaven can you get? Oh, well, I guess if I had a girlfriend and I was riding with her...and if my favorite band was playing nearby...But still, very cool. I hope it'll be like that.(uncrowded, the other part will never happen :( LOL)

Does it really matter if he's certain or not? Are you going to go a different day if we all say it's going to be crowded? Honestly, none of us can know for sure if it will be crowded or not. Your just going to have to go and find out for yourself.

Actually all of the SoCal people's opinions DO matter to me.

If they say it will be super crowded I will not go, and if they say it won't have much of a crowd I will go.

Today was DESERTED, but not many schools are out. It will be crowded, but not unbearable, just hope they are running all trains.
