Very good article! I don't think you missed a single thing. :)

Also, awesome video George! Those fireworks at the end and the spotlights and the car just gliding through.... And those lights they have on it at night are also really cool. I love Gerstlauer's heartlining, and I love how your video really captured all of it (especially the turn going into the helix).

Happy New Year everyone!

The Article was really good. I liked the the summary of the year, seemed very accurate. And like Storm said, I don't think you guys missed anything :) lol.

George, I loved the video. The music fit well, and some of those angles were really neat! Now we just need more videos like this... :p

Good job guys! Happy New Year!
-Michael

The music video was very nice. I love a lot of the angles and the end was really cool. I love the way Rage's lift hill is lit up at night.

The only thing that I noticed that was missed in the 2007 review was Six Flags Marine World changing it's name to Discovery Kingdom, but it's not a huge deal.

It wasn't a bad article, but I don't agree that there were "only a few worth mentioning." Mavericks delayed opening, Hollywood Dream: The Ride opened, Formule X also opened, FireHawk relocation, Starliner being relocated, Troy being by far the silent sleeper of the year-hitting 5th on Mitch's poll, Furios Baco opening this year with some mixed reviews...

While tons of smaller parks had changes, the powerhouses felt a little leftout to me. There were new things at both DLR and WDWR, DLP had it's new ToT opening, DHongKong had it's strong indication of going downhill. Universal secured it's deal with Harry Potter this year along with major changes within the park attractions including Simpsons. And Dubai was just amazing with it's amount of new park releases and announcements.

Yes I did leave out SFDK because I honestly forgot about the change of names. I decided to leave out all of the foreign coasters because I just don't know them that well and I wouldn't of been able to provide many good things about them. And lastly I should of included IOA and the Harry Potter expansion. I left it out because it is unsure if it will be a 2008 or 2009 addition and there are almost no details to go along with it. But it is a major expansion and worth mentioning.

Thanks for the comments everyone.

The music video was absolutely amazing! I especially enjoyed the fireworks at the end, excellent work, George!

I also enjoyed the "Year in Review", although it was "missing" a few stories, I wouldn't expect it to have everything that happened over the course of the year. That would take far, far too long!

Happy New Year, RCPro, I look forward to seeing what will happen with this site this year.

Nice Article. I just hope accidents will not be so fatal this year. The reputation has gone down seeing how many deaths there were in 2007.

The big indication for me would be noticing how the Stocks with Cedar Fair and Six flags really decreasing. Wild West World closing after only two months was the saddest story of them all.
