Custom Scenery Help

I downloaded this scenery set:

and when it was downloaded, I right clicked and hit "Extract All" then I copied the lights and put it into the "Lights" folder in the RCT3 folder under program files, and it didn't take effect. Any ideas?

Put it into Objects, Themed, Vanilla. If I'm not mistaken, that's how it works on Windows (Someone correct me If I'm wrong, as I'm a Mac-er)
