[Xtreme Descent]

Today a couple of friends and I went to Knott's. I wanted to go to Solace, but I couldn't. Anyways, I still had fun today! :cool1: Silver Bullet still had one of the longest lines in the park, like last month, so we spent most of the day riding Xcelerator, Supreme Scream, and Montezooma's Revenge!

We got to the park half an hour early, and I've never been that early before.

They let us into the park at 9:45, but made us wait in a holding area before we could go on any rides. It was funny, the Silver Bullet ride op was on the train that was testing, and when he came by us he started pointing and laughing. :stick_tongue:

When the chain was down, we all raced to Silver Bullet! My friends and I were the first ones in line!

So after our first ride of the day, Silver Bullet, we headed over to Supreme Scream!

Then we went over to Xcelerator! It was closed, but we waited about 15 minutes for it to open up. Second ones in line this time...It was still an awesome ride, like always!

People were saying you go upside down on Xcelerator. Those turns don't count as inversions, do they? I doubt it. :stick_tongue:

Those are some nice photo's of Xcelerator. Yeah yesterday line's were crazy when the public was in the park, especially Silver Bullet, there were lines within almost all switchbacks. Anyways nice PTR!

Well, Sam, when I went today the only rides with long lines were Silver Bullet, Perilous Plunge, Boomerang, and The Log Ride. I don't know how they were yesterday. If you get there at opening, you should be able to hit all the major rides before the crowds start pouring in, depending on what day of the week you go.

If Xcelerator's turns count as inversions, then Silver Bullet's turn after the loop is an inversion too :blink:. (Neither of them are actually inversions by the way. Trust me, we had this discussion on the old boards...)
