It's back.
A while back I started a park called Pacific Beach. After installing Windows XP and RCT2 on my mac, I began building. After scrapping the entire old version, I have started anew!

PHOTOS REMOVED BY XCELERATOR TO IMPROVE LOAD TIMES: they can be found HERE (http://s66.photobucket.com/albums/h274/Xcelerator26/Pacific%20Beach/The%20New%20Pacific%20Beach/).
As always, helpful comments and constructive criticisms are always welcome. Also, YES, that logo took me a long time to make right, lol. There is a lot currently built in the park, but what would be the fun in releasing everything at once?
Thanks for viewing.

I like the lift/drop as theming for the ticket booth.

Looking good; particularly the 'trackitecture' - as Geewhzz mentioned; the mini coaster track over the tickets booth is a really nice touch. Also like the first 4 screens; the midways are really smart. Only downside IMO are some of the colours... some just seem to clash a bit, in my eyes. Don't particularly like the colour scheme for the Surfin' Over Cali B&M, the red paving, or the primary colour roof of the airport building... Other than the colour issue, it's good. But I guess the colour issue is down to personal preference anyway.

Very nice stuff you have. I like the track as a barrier for the gardens as that is a nice touch as well as mentioned before the track used in front of the ticket booths. My only problem is the boardwalk wooden coaster where you have a brake run (MCBR maybe?) and then it does a 360 swooping turn into the final brake run. Either get rid of it or move it farther back into the course as there is no need to have a double brake run right there as it looks unusual and not likely to happen. Other wise great work you have. Glad to see some movement in this region of the forums. Keep up the good work.
Holy cripes this is too good for a Cedar Fair park!

That's good, becuase that took quite a bit of time to get right; I'm still unsure of the colors, though.

I like it too, lol. :stick_tongue:

Lets see: The B&M coaster colors may still be changed, but the supports will stay as is; that peachy color seems to break nicely away from that very monochromatic "land" lol. For the airport termial, which I think is what you are talking about, that yellow and red were actually meant to be temporary and I used them simply so that I could see the varying levels of the building; and with that comment, I shall change it! I have removed most of the inaccurate red paving, with the exception of the entrance plaza, as I like the way it came out, as of right now. I have a hard time choosing colors; I find it difficult to avoid using the same colors over and over. Thanks for the comments!

THe turnaround under the lift act as a MCBR. I've tried several different techniques, none of which come out right, so I think I'm goign to leave that as is; however, I'm now rethinking the turnaround between the last two brake runs, as that doesn't seem too accurate. I'll figure something out. Thanks!

Seems pretty accurate to me....so far at least.

Anyway, I'd better get back to work! (on the park, that is)

^ and ^^, thanks! I've been working on the park since I last posted...and I was able to save once, after not doing very much; when I was about to save the second time, after demolishing the kid's area I was trying to hide the last time, FINISHING a coaster I have had yet to mention, getting various areas how I wanted them, and a few other things, ERROR TRAPPER: arrrg! Oh well, my own fault that I didn't save more: what can I say, I was in the "zone" ! :( I'll try to post an update tomorrow...

This Park has a really nice layout for a beach park! (Not to say that parks on beaches are planned badly:rolleyes:)
