    Skara Sommarland Confirms Tranan; World's First S&S Eagle Coaster

    This is a very uniquely designed coaster creation themed to look like the riders are sitting in canoes strapped to the wings of a giant bird soaring through the sky. Words and still images do this ride no justice, so check out this video showing off a prototype layout for the coaster that was on display at S&S at last year’s IAAPA convention. The Skara version will be 20 meters tall and 500 meters long, holding 8 passengers per car. In addition to this new ride the park will also get the old Vikingen ride from Grona Lund.

    I think this will be a hit, family ride that is. Great idea. Can't wait for some reviews.

    That actually looks like a fun ride that will provide some very unique sensations. I'm looking forward to pictures and reviews.

    Yeah I saw this a while back, they look amazing. The counter balance thing is really cool and adds for a thrilling effect!
